Facility Expansion - Clinical Services Building
HTC was requested to provide a medical equipment and technology narrative for pre-design work for the planned facility expansion. This narrative provided the client information on their existing equipment, current and future technology trends, expected new equipment that would be necessary for expansion of services, and a pre-design capital budget.

Community Health Network
ICU Renovation/Expansion
HTC delivered the medical equipment planning and Revit modeling for a renovation and expansion of their existing space to be utilized as an Surgical Intensive Care Unit. This project provided 12 SICU rooms, medication rooms, and essential support areas for staff. The planning made sure every part of the facility was designed to boost patient care and keep operations running smoothly.

Medical Oncology - Pharmacy Reno
This renovation project included a redesign of the 2nd floor and a move of the existing Medical Oncology and Pharmacy program to this newly designed space. This project included 20 infusion bays, 15 exam rooms, an expanded USP 797/800 compounding Pharmacy, and support areas. HTC provided Medical Equipment Planning, Revit Modeling, and Procurement

Culbertson Memorial Hospital
Surgery Addition and Renovation
Medical equipment planning, Revit modeling, and Procurement services were provided for this Surgery addition, Lab, Pharmacy, and Emergency Services renovation, and Imaging modernization. This project encompassed Lab, Pharmacy, Imaging, Sterilization, Surgical suites, pre/post rooms, medication rooms, scope processing, ED, Imaging, and essential support areas for staff. This project included many different phases of construction, design and planning coordinated efforts to ensure the facility was able to operate efficiently during the construction process.

Hillsboro Health
Operating Room and Sterilization Reno
The project included a renovation of surgical services which included a renovation of the existing operating rooms, moving and expanding sterilization, added additional recovery rooms and PACU, and added a dedicated Procedure room. HTC provided comprehensive medical equipment planning.

This project included an addition of two new operating rooms, relocation and expansion of sterilization, added additional recovery rooms, a remodel of PACU, and a renovation of emergency services The design and workflow will ensure a more efficient and response to patient needs and allow the system to grow. Specialty Clinics
In an effort to ensure San Antonio residents have access to a variety of health education and care services, University Health partnered with HTC to create a cohesive operation plan across their new 68-acre medical campus. With streamlined medical equipment planning, and efficient procurement, these new facilities plan to be available to serve the public in 2025.

University of Texas at Laredo
Multi-Purpose Building
HTC contributed to the planning of a new, state-of-the-art building at Purdue University that will support its nursing, lab, and dental programs. University of Texas Rio Grande Valley
Institute of Neuroscience - Pharmacy Renovation
HTC provided the medical equipment planning and capital budget for the investigational pharmacy renovation at the Institute of Neuroscience. This project included a USP 797 and USP 800 compounding area, ante room space, storage, and a pharmacy work area. This design provided the latest in USP guidance and improved workflows.
